This website (vsme-hellas.gr) is operated by Dr. Dimosthenis Chatzinikolaou as part of the professional practice VSME Hellas, which provides advisory support to Greek small and medium-sized enterprises on sustainability and ESG matters.

The content of the website is purely informational and does not constitute:

- Accounting or tax advice
- Specialized advice without a prior engagement
Individualized advice requires a written services contract (engagement letter).

5. Provision of services
The provision of advisory services (Basic / Comprehensive VSME Report, GHG inventory, ESG gap assessments, etc.) is governed by:
- A written services contract (engagement letter)
- The Greek Civil Code (Articles 681 et seq.)
- Section 8 of the contract caps liability at the amount of the fee
Any fee figures are indicative and non-binding; the final fee is determined after assessing the scope of each engagement.
6. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Mediation first — mandatory under Law 4640/2019
- Judicial recourse — the competent courts of Athens
- Applicable law — Greek
